Important Note: Shipment timelines for all orders may be adjusted due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural phenomena such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, or blizzards.

For non-pre-sale products, if there is a delay in shipping, you can contact customer service for compensation:

(1) For products measuring 3ft or less, if not shipped within 7 days, you will receive $3 in compensation.

(2) For products measuring 7ft or less, if not shipped within 7 days, you will receive $5 in compensation.

(3) For products measuring more than 7ft, if not shipped within 7 days, you will receive $8 in compensation.

User Notice:
1. Returns and exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from www.vitalismoartificialplants.com.
2. Currently, returns are only accepted for orders shipped to the 48 states within the U.S. (International returns are not currently supported).
3. We support returns if customers do not like the product after opening the package, assembling and inspecting it, but the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in brand new, unused and resaleable condition.
4. We will cover most of the return shipping costs. For items under 6 ft, the buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs. For items over 6 ft, the buyer will bear 20% of the return shipping cost, and the seller will bear 80%.
5.When the number of returned items exceeds 3, the customer will bear 50% of the return shipping cost.
6.Repackaging and restocking fees:
A $5 handling fee will be charged for each returned item (size 5 or smaller).
7.Product return：
(1) Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure the product is secure during transit.
(2) Wrap artificial plant branches and leaves in bubble wrap to avoid crushing and deformation.
(3) Attach the provided label to the outside of the package and deliver it to the designated courier location (UPS/FedEx).
8. "Worry-Free Delivery" is a shipping protection insurance offered by SEEL. After purchasing it, if your goods are damaged, stolen, or delivered late during transportation, you can log in to Seel Resolution Center to apply for compensation.

Non-refundable items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues): - Clearance sale items - Customized items (e.g., artificial plants with personalized sizes/colors) - Large decorative trees that cannot be restored to their original state after assembly or disassembly (e.g., artificial trees over 6 feet) - Seasonal items (e.g., Christmas trees, Halloween decorations) must be returned before December 25th; returns and exchanges will not be accepted after this date.
